The Site is provided to give property owners and managers information about our commercial maintenance, tenant improvement, and move-out turn services, and to let you request a proposal. Requesting a Proposal

Submitting a request through the Site (by form, phone, or email) is an inquiry, not a binding agreement for services. Any actual engagement for maintenance, tenant improvement, or move-out work — including scope, pricing, and timeline — is governed by the separate written proposal we provide and, where applicable, a signed agreement between you and Cardinal Commercial Services. These Terms do not modify the terms of any such proposal or agreement.

No Warranty on Site Content

We try to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the Site, or any content on it, is complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. Service availability, pricing, and scope described on the Site are general in nature and are confirmed for your specific property in a written proposal.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, images, logos, and design are owned by Cardinal Commercial Services or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardinal Commercial Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to or use third-party tools (for example, our proposal-request intake) to help us respond to your inquiry. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, though we only work with providers who process your information on our behalf — see our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
