Third-Party Service Providers
We currently use ClickUp, a third-party workflow and project management platform, to receive and route proposal requests submitted through the Site so our team is notified and can respond promptly. Information submitted through our forms is stored within ClickUp’s systems on our behalf, and is handled in accordance with ClickUp’s own privacy policy.
We may use other third-party form, scheduling, or customer-relationship tools in the future. If the service we use to collect proposal requests changes, we will update this section accordingly. In all cases, we only work with providers who process your information on our behalf to help us respond to you — we do not permit these providers to use your information for their own independent purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future to understand how visitors use the Site, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how it’s used.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information submitted through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business records, and comply with our legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, to request that we correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we’re required to keep for legal or business purposes. To make a request, reach out using the contact details below.
